The Midweek Program: (Mostly) Pest-Free Plants
June 4 | 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT
Let’s face it — no plant is truly pest-free. But some plants do a better job of dodging pests than others. In this episode of our Midweek Program, we’ll explore the plants that — while not entirely immune — are far less likely to fall victim to insects, fungi and hungry critters such as deer and rabbits. Join our expert horticulture staff as we dive into the world of pest-resistant plants, discussing a variety of plant types that tend to keep pests at bay, whether it’s because they’re too tough, too smelly or just too unappetizing for critters. If you’re hoping to reduce pest pressure or protect your plants from local wildlife, this session is packed with helpful tips, tricks and plant recommendations to make your garden as pest-free as can be.
